DTIC is seeking an individual to be serve as the Lead Program Analyst responsible for planning and implementing the access and identity management system, registration services and enhancements, customer assistance programs, and the studies and analyses of Defense community requirements as related to registration.  This individual will also serve as a functional area specialist supporting the planning and operations of DTIC’s Registration Processes.
